All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

LOCAL PICKUP

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2-5 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time, Levi & Hayes Co. does not offer international shipping. We currently ship within the US only. We hope to expand our shipping zones in the future- Stay tuned!

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at leviandhayesco@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

We are unable to ship to PO boxes at this time.

We want you to love your order! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

🛍️ Returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

• Sale items, custom pieces, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

🔁 Exchanges

• Need a different size? We’re happy to offer exchanges if the item is in stock.

• To start an exchange, email us at Leviandhayesco@gmail.com with your order number and what you’d like to exchange.

🚚 Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

• If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo and order number so we can make it right.

📦 How to Start a Return

1. Email leviandhayesco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We’ll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

3. Once we receive your item and it passes inspection, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any original shipping fees.

4. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
