We want you to love your order! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
🛍️ Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Sale items, custom pieces, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
🔁 Exchanges

Need a different size? We’re happy to offer exchanges if the item is in stock.

To start an exchange, email us at Leviandhayesco@gmail.com with your order number and what you’d like to exchange.
🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo and order number so we can make it right.
📦 How to Start a Return

Email leviandhayesco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

Once we receive your item and it passes inspection, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any original shipping fees.

Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
